Delivery is free for all EU orders above 150€, below it will be charged at a fixed rate of 10€.
Shipping for UK and Switzerland for orders above 275€ is FREE, below will be charged at a fixed rate of 25€. International delivery for orders above 550€ is FREE, below will be charged at a fixed rate of 60€
We ship to Europe with DPD/BRT/DHL/UPS.
To the rest of the world with UPS and Fedex.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in Italy, 3 to 7 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.
All orders from outside the EU are final sale and not eligible for returns.
