    The following shipment charges apply for every order:

    Shipping within Italy and Germany: Flat Standard rate of 8€, FREE above 250€

    Shipping within the EU: Flat Standard rate of 12€, FREE above 250€

    Shipping for UK and Switzerland: Standard Flat rate of 25€

    International Delivery: Standard Flat rate of 45€

    All orders placed will be handled within the next business day. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update. 

    It usually takes 2 to 3 business days in Italy, 3 to 7 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.

    Please note that some products and made to order products may have higher lead times than others. If applicable, expected delivery delays will be communicated on product pages via note and on the notification bar.
    Please make sure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order because if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage.
    If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for re-postage.
    MÁGATA does not take responsibility for any delays or packages out of our control.

    Customs, Taxes, Duties & Fees

    When ordering from magata.co, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country that he is trying to import the product to. Please note that shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.

    Shipping internationally in most cases is not an issue at all and will result in no additional fees. However, the following needs to be read and understood before ordering from our website.

    Orders are, unless otherwise specified, marked as gifts when shipped. This measurement aims to avoid unnecessary customs & duties payments at the country of destination. Nevertheless, it may occur that products may be still be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. In these cases the product will only be delivered once the recipient has paid the amount due. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this but can only inform you here.

    In case additional charges apply upon reception and you choose to not pay, MÁGATA is not liable for any additional custom charges, and reserves the right to not refund at all shipping fees, return fees, taxes or the entire product costs.
    * International customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.

    All orders from outside the EU are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please contact us if you have any concerns about fit and sizing.

    Return Policy

    Any brand new product, that is without usage and all accompanying materials, can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. 

    If the product you received is wrong or damaged, please contact us before returning the item.

    All orders from outside the EU are final sale and not eligible for returns. Please contact us if you have any concerns about fit and sizing.

    * You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.
    * Please use a tracked shipment to return your item in order to avoid missing parcels.

    In case of any product that is in unacceptable condition such as worn, used, scratched or damaged MÁGATA reserves the right to deny the return claim and reimbursement. In such cases MÁGATA would return the item to the buyer at the expense of the buyer.

    We do not accept exchanges at the moment. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back according to our return policy and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

    Return Policy Process

    If you wish to make a return, send us an e-mail to contact@magatastudio.com containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and a specification of which items that the return relates to.
    Ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of the notification.

    You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
    Please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
    If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs.

    The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

    Sales

    Sale items are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale goods. No credit note will be provided for sale items. This includes SAMPLE SALE pieces.
