Yes, we ship worldwide from our warehouses in Italy and Germany! Shipping options are calculated automatically at checkout and delivery times vary depending on the location and the shipping rate you choose.
The following shipment charges apply for every order:
Shipping within Italy and Germany: Fixed standard rate of 8€, FREE above 250€
Shipping within the EU: Fixed standard rate of 12€, FREE above 250€
Shipping for UK and Switzerland: Standard Fixed rate of 25€
International delivery: fixed rate of 45€
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
All orders from outside the EU are final sale and not eligible for returns.
It depends on where you are and if your chosen item(s) is in stock or made to order. Once processed, orders will take 2-7 business days to arrive in Europe. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. If an item is made to order you will find information about lead times in the product specifications or notification bar. Please check the notification bar for current made to order lead times. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Exchanges & Returns

Please notice that some items are unique pieces and there might be only one available.
You have 14 calendar days to return the item(s) of your order from the date you received it. Refunds will only be granted after inspection to items in a re-sellable condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and it needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that items which contain personal configuration, or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not report this immediately then we will not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to reimburse you.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back according to our return policy and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

Although we strive for perfection, we are only human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we are here to help make things right. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.
Please include your name, full address, order number, the item(s) you want to return and return reason. When we confirm your return you can arrange the shipping to the stated shipping address. As soon as we received the returned item(s), and the return is approved by us, you will get the full refund of your order. The value of the item/s returned will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase. Please bear in mind that the financial responsibility for the return lies with you until it arrives with us. We therefore recommend that you use a trackable postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot take responsibility for any lost parcels.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
